Due to the consumable nature of our CBD & Hemp products, we do not offer a warranty, return, or exchange policy for those products

Returns are offered for devices & disposables from our Vape department. Customers are allowed 24 hours from the delivery/shipping confirmation receipt to ensure items are not defective or damaged due to shipping. For all returns on devices & disposables from out Vape department, please contact us for replacement

A return label will be issued to the customer to print so that the customer can ship the item back to us. We will send a replacement after we receive the defective device/disposable..
